We currently have an opening for a Member Service Representative.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable individual with perseverance and a drive to succeed. The MSR position includes providing our members transactional needs and providing them with information about our products and services.

Qualifications include: Member focused/ability to work well with the public, effective communicator and good referral skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This job will require working in two Cloquet offices and you may need to travel to our Moose Lake or Floodwood office if necessary.
