Sponsor: Northwoods Credit Union (NCU) is the sole sponsor (“Sponsor”) of the Youth Days 2023 Sweepstakes whose business address is 1702 Ave B Cloquet, MN 55720.

Eligible Participants: NCU new and existing account holders, age 13 years of age and younger during Youth Days, April 3—April 7, 2023. Entrants who submit a completed coloring page during Youth Days and who are U.S. citizens subject to paragraph 5 below.

How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary. Credit Union members 13 years of age and younger must complete an entry form. The sweepstakes begin at 8:30 am (CST) April 3, 2023, and end April 7, 2023 (CST) at 5:00 pm. An eligible participant is entered for the Sweepstakes (a promotional drawing in which prizes are given away at no charge to the participants) when they submit an entry form at any NCU branch between 8:30 am (CST) Aril 3, 2023 and April 7, 2023 by 5:00 pm (CST). You may also submit an entry by sending in a 3×5 notecard with your complete name, address, city, state, zip, telephone number, and valid email address to the following address and must be postmarked (by UPSPS) no later than 5:00 pm CST on April 7, 2023. Mail to: Northwoods Credit Union, Marketing Department, 1702 Ave B Cloquet, MN 55720. Entries become the property of NCU and will not be returned. Only one entry per person.

Drawing: On April 10, 2023. Three official entry form/coloring page will be selected from all entries received.

Eligibility Exceptions and General Terms: Employees and volunteer officials of NCU and their immediate families (children, siblings, spouses, parents) and individuals living in the same household of each of the above are ineligible. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law. Federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. No substitutions or transfer of prizes are permitted except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by NCU as final.

To Claim Prize: The prize winner will be notified by telephone and will need to pick up the prize from NCU. Further, NCU requires a parent/guardian to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form as well as a photo release form. The prize winner may not transfer their prize to any other party before acceptance. If a prize winner does not claim the prize and sign the required affidavits by April 30, 2023, then NCU, at its sole discretion, may declare that the prize has been forfeited and proceed to declare another winner.

Limitations of Liability: NCU is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries: or transactions processed late, incorrectly, or due to computer, electronic malfunction, or human error. NCU reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by NCU in its sole discretion.
