Your first step to credit union membership

Just drove up from St Paul to deal with our mothers estate account. Had the joy of working g with Kate M as Krista ..who is also amazing..was with family for the holiday. I can not thank Northwoods Credit Union enough for taking care of my Mammas account ts for 30 plus years and making my brother and I feel sage and confident with these challenging estate processes. Tracy in Cloquet is simply amazing, not just because of her job, but who she is as a person and now someone I consider a friend! Customer service from everyone I encounter, whether it be over the phone or in person (doesn't matter which branch I'm at either), is always outstanding! This world would be a much happier place if all businesses could treat customers as good as you all do. We have been going through a very difficult time and the employees at NWCU have been great. A special thanks to Krystal Buscko who has had to do an enormous amount of account maintenance and has been extremely helpful. Her customer service skills are exemplary! Krystal always goes above and beyond and I am so grateful. Andrea in the call center has also been wonderful to work with and very helpful!
