We use RingCentral to help provide SMS texting and call features. RingCentral or NCU will never sell your personal data or messages obtained through this channel. Users can opt-in via verbal or written consent and may opt-out at any time. SMS text messaging is used for communication with members regarding account and loan status as well as collecting information needed to complete loan applications, as well as information on general business operations and banking information. Marketing messages may also be sent. Data is stored via a secure RingCentral server. Data carrier rates and fees may apply.
