Important Notes About Mobile Deposit

This information does not apply to checks deposited with a teller.

As of February 9th, 2023, all checks deposited via mobile deposit must be endorsed with your signature and include the statement “Northwoods Credit Union Mobile Deposit”.  If your check does not include this exact endorsement, your deposit will be denied.

Mobile deposits are processed Monday – Friday. They are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, or when the credit union is closed. Please allow time when submitting a mobile deposit item as funds are not immediately credited to your account. Typically you should see the funds in your account according to the following timelines on days we are open:

Items submitted prior to 11:00AM Monday through Friday will go into your account at approximately 12:30PM the same day.

Items submitted between 11:00AM and 3:00PM Monday through Friday will go into your account at approximately 4:30PM the same day.

Items submitted after 3:00PM will go into your account at approximately 12:30PM the next processing day.
