Role as Director

The Credit Union directors are elected by the general membership. A person must first be a member of the credit union to run for a board position. Elections take place at our Annual Meeting, typically held in February or March each year.

If you are interested in running for a board position, we would appreciate if you could fill out the below application and return to the credit union PRIOR to January 1st. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

During board meetings, you share in the responsibility for the credit union’s future. You contribute to setting policies, approving budgets and all other board functions that help guide the credit union. You are expected to make decisions that are good for the credit union and for the members as a whole, regardless of how those decisions affect your personal situation. Terms are 3 years.

Role as a member of the Supervisory Committee

The Credit Union supervisory committee members are elected by the general membership. A person must first be a member of the credit union to run for a supervisory committee position. Elections take place at our Annual Meeting, typically held in February or March each year.

The supervisory committee’s main objective is to perform or work with a qualified firm to perform the annual audit, member account verification and periodic internal audits of operational areas throughout the year.
