Important Notes About Mobile Deposit
Please note: your check MUST be endorsed with “Northwoods Credit Union Mobile Deposit.” If your check does not have this endorsement, your deposit will be denied. We do not accept the check box as a qualified endorsement.

As of February 9th, 2023, all checks deposited via mobile deposit must be endorsed with your signature and include the statement “Northwoods Credit Union Mobile Deposit”. If your check does not include this exact endorsement, your deposit will be denied.
Mobile deposits are processed during normal business hours, Monday – Friday and until 11:30 on Saturdays. They are not processed outside of business hours or when the credit union is closed. Please allow time when submitting a mobile deposit item, as funds are not immediately credited to your account.
